NATO: Afghan strategy unaltered

NATO’s top official has played down the significance of the alliance’s decision to scale back joint operations with the Afghan army and police after a string of insider attacks, saying Tuesday that NATO’s strategy of handing over responsibility for the war to its Afghan allies remains unchanged.
