Aung San Suu Kyi, a Burmese democracy leader and Nobel Peace laureate, has arrived in the United States for a 17-day visit during which she will meet with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and receive the Congressional Gold Medal, Congress’ highest award.
