Hogs' quarterback optimistic about Rutgers return
Posted: September 18, 2012 at 1:37 a.m.
Arkansas Coach John L. Smith (left) and quarterback Tyler Wilson walk on the field before last Saturday’s Alabama game at Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville. Wilson is optimistic about playing in Saturday’s game against Rutgers. “I’ve just got to get these guys to say ‘yes,’ ” Wilson said, referring to his doctors.
Tyler Wilson was told by Arkansas’ team doctors and concussion specialists he could not play before last week’s 52-0 loss to No. 1 Alabama, and he doesn’t want to hear those words again as the Razorbacks prepare for Rutgers.
