Arts Center ‘builds’ exhibits to showcase collection

With two new shows opening Friday — “Multiplicity” from the Smithsonian American Art Museum and “50 for Arkansas: The Dorothy and Herbert Vogel Collection” — there’s a possibility that two Arkansas Arts Center-generated exhibits could be overlooked.
