AT A GLANCE
Sidewalk Repair
Sidewalk repair on East Center Street, South College Avenue and East Mountain Street are expected to cost $149,000. The improvements are being paid for with city sales taxes and a $60,000 bond developers of the failed Renaissance Tower hotel put up for sidewalk and landscaping work.
Several concrete bump-outs on Center Street would have added roughly $20,000 to the cost of the project.
