There is a reason cross country runner Dino Andrade is called “The Machine” by his teammates and coaches at Springdale Har-Ber.

NOTEABLE Bested his own school record by running 16 minutes, 3 seconds in the prestigious Forest Park Invitational last Saturday in St. Louis, Mo. Finished in 11th place after finishing in 36th place in the same meet last season...Also a member of the Har-Ber track and field team, where he runs the 400 meters, 800, mile, two mile, 4x400 and 4x800 relays... Trains at least six miles a day, including workouts with a jump rope.
