LITTLE ROCK — Here’s an easy and delicious dip recipe from tastingtable.com that may be a contender to replace the sour cream and onion dip as our favorite party dip. It combines creamy Greek-style yogurt with feta cheese, buttermilk and fresh snipped chives.
Yogurt-Feta Dip
1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup plain regular or fat-free Greekstyle yogurt 1/4 cup buttermilk 11/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed
lemon juice 1/4 cup finely chopped chives Salt and ground black pepper Vegetable sticks such as carrots,
celery and bell peppers, for serving
In a medium bowl, combine cheese, yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice and chives and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable sticks.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
