Cindy Reutzel, 53, has given birth to her own granddaughter, Elle Cynthia Jordan, after Reutzel volunteered to act as a surrogate for her daughter, now 32, and son-in-law following Emily Jordan’s battle with cervical cancer and resulting hysterectomy.
