Woman’s kin suing over fatal crash

A Pulaski County Circuit judge has thrown out most of a 2-year-old lawsuit against the Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Beebe brought by a Texas man who says the VFW is partially responsible for the drunken-driving crash that killed his 32-yearold wife five years ago.
