Small has surgery on foot

Arkansas fullback Kiero Small underwent surgery Thursday for a foot injury and presumably will miss Saturday’s game.
Senior Kiero Small, Arkansas’ starting fullback who also has practiced extensively at linebacker this fall to lend depth on defense, underwent surgery Thursday for a foot injury and presumably will miss Saturday night’s game against Louisiana-Monroe.
