UPDATE: Plane crash lawsuit thrown out

A single-engine 1966 Cessna sits Feb. 14, 2011, on the north side of Emma Avenue in the grass south of The Jones Center in Springdale. The Cessna crashed while on approach to the Springdale Municipal Airport.
A lawsuit over a Springdale airplane crash has been thrown out on procedural grounds.
