Martin wants to be dropped from ‘pot’ suit
He asks state’s high court to rule on ballot measure

Secretary of State Mark Martin on Wednesday asked the state Supreme Court to dismiss him from a lawsuit filed against him by a group that’s requested that the court order votes not to be counted or certified on the proposed initiated act to legalize the medical use of marijuana.
