B.J. McCoy (right), chairman of the board of the Friends of Haven of Rest Cemetery, and board member Sammie Holmes point out some of the problems, including poor drainage and overgrown headstones, at the Haven of Rest Cemetery on Wednesday at 7102 W. 12th Street in Little Rock.
