Rescue fund easily enough, Spain says

German Chancellor Angela Merkel drinks beer Monday in a beer tent during a fair in Abensberg, Germany. Merkel and her government have insisted that the key to resolving the eurozone’s debt crisis is for struggling countries to cut their budget deficits and pursue structural changes.
Spain’s ailing banks won’t likely need to tap all the $125.7 billion that’s been made available by the country’s euro partners, Economy Minister Luis de Guindos said Monday.
