Michigan out to prove itself against Alabama

Heading into today’s season opener against No. 8 Michigan, Alabama Coach Nick Saban is 18-6 against ranked opponents and 10-4 against top-10 teams over the past four seasons. The Crimson Tide, the defending national champions, have been ranked in the Associated Press poll for 65 consecutive seasons, the nation’s longest active streak.
The Michigan Wolverines have reclaimed their confidence, something Alabama did shortly after Nick Saban landed in Tuscaloosa and started winning national titles.
