San Francisco captures second title in 3 seasons

San Francisco Giants reliever Sergio Romo celebrates Sunday after striking out Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera in the 10th inning of their World Series game in Detroit. The Giants won 4-3 and clinched the championship 4-0.

Finally pressed in the World Series, the San Francisco Giants finished off a most unexpected and stunning sweep.
