Chip and Seal is the worst form of paving there is. They need to do a better job and learn how to use the equipment. That is kinda a given but it seems there was a time when no one including the last Judge that moved to head of road department. knew what they were doing. Why should we believe that all of a sudden things are going to work. It was the good ole' boy system. It still looks like that is at work now. When Frisco Cemetery rd gets a knew surface but Frisco Springs Rd which looks like it was completed a 100 years ago but really it was 4 years ago gets NOTHING. They did such a bad job on that road they came back to fix it and screwed it up even more. Looks like they just gave up. Come on judge get them back out there and fix it right. I know you probably have a bunch of friends that live out on the lake they need good roads to drive their expensive cars but the people of Frisco Springs rd need a good road also. They would even go for another chip and seal coating just fix it right now that they are TRAINED.
