A teenaged nuclear physicist with Arkansas roots will be the opening keynote speaker at the fourth annual Arkansas Public School Resource Center conference Tuesday at the Hot Springs Convention Center.

Why don't you just grow a spine and tell us who funds this "public" school "resource center?" It's the old Walton crew who sneaks into the public sphere with all sorts of decoys. Was the boy-genius educated in public schools?
