No worry! The ethic's commission and the Benton County prosecutor let the sheriff off the hook for doing the same in his last two elections......

How does one go about checking the ethics of the members of ethic's commission . Apointed pollical hacks, no doubt.

Wouldn't it also be an ethics violation then when Lee Ann Kizzar was running and Dan Cypert and the rest of the crew were placing signs and campaigning on the time clock? Guess I should have taken pictures too and blown the entire thing up RIGHT BEFORE THE ELECTION! This has conspiracy written all over it.
