Residents weren’t shy about presenting views about amendments to the city’s street plan during a meeting Thursday at Riordan Hall.

So if the Walmart Neighborhood Market is voted in, they were going to improve the intersection and add a stop light. Why even discuss it before the election results?

After living in Bella Vista for quite some time I have learned that resident concerns have very little effect on how decisions are made.
