Actor/musician still balancing dueling careers

Musician and actor Ronny Cox will headline the annual Ozark Folk Festival, which celebrates its 65th year in 2012. Cox, who starred in the movie “Deliverance,” will attend a screening of the show on Thursday and will also perform in concert on Nov. 3.
Ronny Cox understands why some might scoff at the idea he plays guitar.
