Arkansas men win SEC cross country championship

FAYETTEVILLE Add another trophy to the overflowing case for Arkansas cross country.
The Razorbacks won the SEC championship Friday in Nashville, Tenn. Arkansas had the second-, third- and fourth-place finishers - Solomon Haile, Eric Fernandez and Kemoy Campbell - and finished 38 points ahead in the team rankings of second-place Georgia.
The win marks the Razorbacks' third straight at the event. It is Arkansas' 37th conference championship in cross country, including 20th since joining the SEC.
In all, Arkansas has now won 93 conference championships in cross country and track & field, including 54 SEC titles. The Razorbacks have won five straight SEC events in three sports, including the league's triple crown last year.
Arkansas' women finished second at the league race Friday, nine points behind champion Florida.
