Vets-home ex-official suing state

Rights violated, her filing alleges

The former administrator of the Little Rock Veterans Home is suing the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs and its former director, his former deputy and current director Cissy Rucker for defamation and violation of her civil rights and state grievance procedures.
