Mexican Hot Chocolate Shortbread

This is a chocolate cookie for serious chocolate lovers. Rich, dark and spiced. Don’t let the cayenne pepper in this recipe scare you off — the pepper is just enough to give the cookies a warm kick, but not so much that your mouth will burn.
