SUNDAY: Tickle the family’s taste buds with roast beef. Serve your masterpiece with Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Cook 3 pounds potatoes (cut into chunks) in boiling water 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain well. Mash with 1 cup hot milk, 6 ounces softened goat cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Season with coarse salt and pepper to taste.
