— A federal judge has repealed a surrender order to a woman convicted of conspiracy in a bombing that nearly killed the head of the Arkansas State Medical Board.

Thursday’s order that Sangeeta Mann surrender on Dec. 3 to begin serving her one-year sentence was repealed Monday by U.S. District Judge Brian Miller.

Mann appealed on Friday.

Monday’s order states Mann will remain free while the U.S. Supreme Court reviews her appeal. It states a decision will be made after that review on whether Mann is allowed to voluntarily report to a federal prison.

Prosecutors say Mann hid documents when her husband — Randeep Mann — was investigated in the 2009 bombing at the home of Dr. Trent Pierce.

Randeep Mann was convicted and sentenced to life in prison.
