Man killed in Springdale wreck

An accident report from the Arkansas State Police provided more details about the wreck. It identifies the man killed as Roberto Soto-Rivera, 49, of Springdale.
Soto-Rivera was driving west on Sunset Avenue when he ran into the back of a Mack truck that had stopped at a traffic light.
Soto-Rivera was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the report. Thomas Rosenwinkel, the driver of the Mack Truck, was not injured.
A 49-year-old man was killed Sunday night in a two-vehicle wreck in Springdale, according to a news release from the Springdale Police Department.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and 56th Street, according to the news release.
Police have not released the identity of the man pending notification of his family.
