State decides to recall drugs

Providers sequester shipments from center tied to meningitis

Medical providers in Arkansas complying with a state and federal recall of possibly tainted pharmaceuticals have sequestered their drug shipments and — in at least one instance — will notify patients they have received medicine from the pharmacy whose drugs are implicated in a national outbreak of fungal meningitis.
