Harvest Festival feels storm’s fury, but fans remain resolute

In front of my apartment in downtown Fayetteville right now is a trash sack filled with what was a tent. It’s a little backpacking special, something I bought in haste when my last tent practically exploded in the summer of 2011 after taking it to Wakarusa and Bonnaroo on back-to-back weekends.
