Punchless Yankees get swept away by Tigers

Detroit fans tell the story through a sign after the Tigers eliminated the New York Yankees with an 8-1 victory in the American League Championship Series on Thursday in Detroit. It was the first time the Yankees have been swept in the postseason since 1980.

Prince Fielder waved his arms franticly, gleefully calling off his teammates before catching the ball for the final out.
