Peel Mansion turns back time

One Halloween-themed event was revamped this year. “Tales at Twilight... Where History Comes Alive” had previously been known as Ghost Walks. Connie Hendrix-Kral, executive director of the Peel-Compton Foundation, says it was a misleading title because it is an educational tour, not a haunted house with ghosts and spooky stories.
