PUBLIC VIEWPOINT: State Treasurer Should Resign

Here we go again with State Treasurer Martha Shoffner. First, her highness didn’t feel it was necessary to turn in her state-provided car that she used for personal use and didn’t claim on her income taxes. After all, if the governor could be shuffled around in a state car with “manservants” i.e. State Police, why couldn’t she drive herself around at taxpayer expense? Public pressure finally got “princess” Martha to relent and turn in her state car.
