President Shimon Peres of Israel is reviewing a formal request from Gila Katsav to pardon her husband, 66-year-old former President Moshe Katsav, who is serving seven years in prison for raping a female employee when he was a Cabinet minister and sexually harassing two other women when he was president from 2000-07.
