Juicing fruits and vegetables is a tasty way to consume the recommended daily intake. Go-Go Juice, left, is made with cuccumbers, celery, ginger, apples and lemons. California Love is made with pineapples and strawberries
The taste is so much better than I expected and the drinks are easy to make. The two things most likely to keep me from starting a more healthful lifestyle blew raspberries in my face.
