100 YEARS AGO Oct. 16, 1912 PINE BLUFF — John F. Rutherford Jr., was tried before Justice J. A. Frazier Saturday morning on a charge of disturbing the peace through the noise made by his automobile. He was found guilty by a jury and fined $1 and costs and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail.
