LITTLE ROCK Rick Jones had an easy time getting his 100th win as head coach at Greenwood.
Jones, in his eighth year with the program, captured that milestone victory in a 55-14 victory over Little Rock Hall on Friday night at Scott Field.
The Bulldogs (7-0, 4-0 7A/6A Central) opened the game with 35 first-quarter points, including three one-play drives. The Warriors (0-6, 0-4) totalled just 28 yards of offense in the first half. Greenwood, playing with a short field for most of the half, finished the first two quarters with 147 yards.
Greenwood made substitutions in the second quarter, with the first-team offense playing less than a full quarter. Hall got two late scores to bring themselves closer.
