  • Bonnie Lou Carter, 43, of 1503 West Olrich in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection two felony counts of failure to appear and revoke of suspended sentence or probation. Carter was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $9,500 bond.
  • Darrin Edward Graham, 45, of 1890 S. Mount Olive in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Graham was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

  • Robert Dee Christie, 55, of 2286 Missouri 60 in Seneca, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. Christie was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

  • Donald Gerald Miller, 43, of 28936 Missouri P in Eagle Rock, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with a parole violation. Miller was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

  • Stephen Kyvelos, 19, of 309 Michael St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony aggravated assault, along with misdemeanor carrying a knife as a weapon, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without on $1,365 bond Wednesday.
  • Shawn Spence, 34, of 968 W. Sycamore St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery and misdemeanor third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $535 bond Wednesday.

Greenland

  • Brandon Shaffer, 30, of 180 Brewster Court in Greenland was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony aggravated assault and terroristic threatening. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

Siloam Springs

  • Andrew Allen Williams, 21, of 514 S. Mount Olive St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of breaking or entering. Williams was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Springdale

  • Gregory B. Anderson, 47, of 1607C Oriole St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony parole violation, a misdemeanor Prairie Grove warrant for failure to pay fines and costs and a Springdale warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Anderson remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $1,230 bond and the parole violation.
  • Ranson Lewis, 19, of 2690B Alton Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony commercial burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, breaking or entering, misdemeanor theft of property, violation of probation or a suspended sentence and Springdale warrants for failure to pay fines and costs and failure to appear. Police said a DNA test on blood left during a December 2011 burglary at 2015 Ford Ave. identified Lewis. Lewis remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $5,000 bond.
  • Eugene Hayes, 29, of 10097 Old Cabin Road in Winslow was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony delivery of 1.3 grams of methamphetamine. Police said Hayes sold meth in a controlled drug purchase during an undercover operation. Hayes remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $10,000 bond.
  • Cory Ryan, 22, of 33 Cedar St. in Farmington was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony parole violation. Ryan remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday on the parole violation.
  • Stephen A. Millsap, 54, of 2643A Adrian Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of 1.9 grams of methamphetamine. Police said they found drugs on Millsap during a search. Millsap remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday on a parole violation.

Sheriff’s Office

  • Jerry Richey, 43, of 1641 N. Oakland Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, forgery, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and contempt of court. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $204,500 Wednesday.

Fires

Bentonville

  • Police officers assisted the Bentonville Fire Department in responding to a trash fire at Subway, 2610 S.E. 14th St., at 2:26 a.m. Wednesday.

Springdale

  • A fire Tuesday in the siding of La Huerta Bar and Grill, 4901 S. Thompson St., lead to the evacuation of the building, but the blaze was quickly extinguished. The fire, which was limited to the siding by the back deck of the business, caused about $500 in damage. A cigarette butt was believed to be the cause of the fire. Nobody was hurt and firefighters, who were called out at 4:05 p.m., left at 4:39 p.m.
  • Firefighters were called at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday to the Tyson Research facility at 1825 Ford Ave. for a fire in a fryer. The building was evacuated but nobody was injured. The blaze was limited to the grease in the fryer. Damage was less than $5,000. The fire was under control at 2:17 a.m.

Washington County

  • The Washington County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a report of an attempted arson involving a newspaper stand. A witness told police a man wearing a “U.S.A. T-shirt” walked out of Harps Food Store, 3055 N. College Ave., at 10:23 a.m. Wednesday, according to a 911 dispatch report. The man was reportedly carrying a bottle of bleach. The witness he crossed the street and used the bleach and a light to try and set a USA Today newspaper stand on fire. Witnesses said the man appeared angry and was talking to himself. He left southbound on College Avenue in a gray Chrysler Sebring.

  • Bruce Beckham reported Tuesday morning that someone broke into his storage unit at 808 Tiger Blvd. A drill press, table and bicycle were missing.

  • Glenda Kippas, reported a purse lost or stolen at Cabela’s, 2300 S. Promenade, on Sunday.
  • Daniel Easter reported lost or stolen keys and a wallet from 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing on Sunday.
  • Devon Walden reported lost or stolen a wallet from Aldi’s, 1316 W. Walnut St. on Sunday.
  • An employee of Hibachi Grill, 102 S. 21st St., reported a theft Sunday after a person left without paying.
  • Michelle Fraizer, 2605 W. Chateau, reported two stolen rings on Friday.
  • Appliances were reported missing from 316 W. Locust St. on Friday.
  • Hannah Meeler reported a wallet lost or stolen from Deals, 2212 W. Walnut St., on Friday.
  • The firearms administrator at Cabela’s, 2300 S. Promenade, reported a firearm lost or stolen on Friday.
  • A motorcycle was reported missing Tuesday night. Shawn Holman, 900 S. Ninth St., reported theft of a black 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1300.
  • A 30 mph sign was repainted to 80 mph in a graffiti incident spotted by officers early Wednesday morning near 1900 S. 13th St.
  • A vehicle was reported stolen from Valvoline Oil Change, 3501 W. Walnut. Cindy McGlynn said her 2001 gold Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen early Oct. 2 while parked at the address.
  • A Waste Management recycling container was reported stolen on Tuesday by James Riley at 1210 W. Persimmon.
  • Christmas decorations were stolen from a backyard workshop. Arma Whitehorn reported breaking or entering of the workshop at 630 S. 21st St. on Tuesday.
