Arkansas State quarterback Ryan Aplin passed for 223 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 50 yards, including an 8-yard touchdown run early in the second half, as the Red Wolves defeated Florida International 34-20 on Thursday at FIU Stadium in Miami.
