4 UCA coaches get pay, aren’t tutoring

Work done by unpaid 12, files say

None of the four University of Central Arkansas football coaches whose salaries are subsidized with tutoring-center funds is scheduled to work a single hour in the center this semester, records show.

This is a common practice at smaller state schools. They do not have big donors or television contracts.
