Justices hear case on dam, flooding

G&F says Corps ‘taking’ property

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday heard arguments in a case that will decide whether the annual flooding of land owned by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission constituted an illegal “taking” of property by the federal government.
