Willliam Braden Horne, 22, of 2503 West Oak St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with revoke of suspended sentence or probation. Horne was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Frank Anthony Ramos, 23, of 206 S.W. Tunbridge in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with revoke of suspended sentence or probation. Ramos was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jeremy Jacob Allen, 35, of 420 Columbia Place Apt. 202 in Lowell was arrested Wednesday in connection with fleeing, habitual offender, leaving scene of a property damage accident and possession of a controlled substance. Allen was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

Victoria Buckler Munjoy, 43, of 1341 Benton County in Evansville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear. Munjoy was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Carol Johnson, 52, of 2585 N. Mountain Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on a felony citation.

Miguel G. Garcia, 19, of 1629 S. Dixieland Road in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a methamphetamine pipe, misdemeanor violation of probation or a suspended sentence, shoplifting and obstructing governmental operations. Police paraphernalia was found after Garcia was arrested in connection with shoplifting at Walmart, 2004 S. Pleasant St. Garcia was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Kelvin J. Hubbard, 47, of 4011 N. Eighth St. in Fort Smith was arrested Thursday in connection with a Sebastian County felony warrant. Hubbard was picked up Thursday by officers from the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.

Alexander M. Killman, 24, of 19876 E. Arkansas 16 in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with a Benton County felony warrant and a Siloam Springs misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Killman was in the Benton County Jail on Thursday with no bond.

Edgar P. Flores, 31, of 5131 Sierra St. in Riverside, Calif., was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony Washington County warrant for violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Flores was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

William Shafer, 18, of 195 E. Jackson Ave. in Bethel Heights was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of a motor vehicle and theft by receiving. Police said Shafer was arrested after he was found at Springdale Ridge Apartments in a vehicle, which was reported as stolen. Shafer was in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $75,000 bond.

A passenger vehicle fire was reported at 2335 Meadow Drive on Wednesday night.

Katie Barnes reported Wednesday a theft at Houlihan’s, 2203 S. Promenade Blvd.

A burglary was reported at Church’s Chicken, 1313 W. Walnut St., early Wednesday morning. Employees found a broken side window and an open door to the freezer, Art Reyna told police.

A burglary was reported Wednesday morning at Tortilleria Palomino’s, 1803 S. Eighth St. Employees found glass broken out of the front door, Brenda Ortega told police.

A burglary was reported at Taco Tico, 931 W. Walnut St., Wednesday morning. A glass side door was broken, Linda Mulinet told police.

An employee of Popeye’s, 538 E. Robinson Ave., reported Wednesday receiving two counterfeit $10 bills.

Jackie Logue reported Wednesday the theft of a washer and dryer from 1597 Wingfoot Drive.

Maurice Mondragon reported Wednesday a burglary at 5469 Watkins Ave. with an Xbox 360 missing.

Misty Kennedy reported Wednesday a break-in at 3408 Edward Ave. with a backpack missing.
