Drug Task Force

-Jason Smithwick, 26, of 780 E. Bryan Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with two felony counts of a possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Fayetteville

-Matthew Villines, 29, of 4853 W. Dover St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony residential burglary, interference with emergency communication and criminal trespass. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Springdale

-Alvescino Heine, 19, of 106 Brookhaven was arrested Monday in connection with felony violation of probation, misdemeanor possession of 2.4 grams of marijuana, criminal trespass and obstruction of governmental operations. Police said Heine was in a vacant apartment at 2104 Kim Ave. when arrested. Heine was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Washington County

Sheriff’s Office

-Christopher Carver, 38, of 12679 Farm Road in Prudy, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony violation of the Arkansas hot check law. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond Tuesday.

-Karrie Krogman, 31, of 2767 Chancery Place in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Tuesday.

-James Colvin, 41, of 347 Liberty Ave. in Tontitown was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household member, third-degree domestic battery, interference with emergency communication and terroristic threatening. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Tuesday.

West Fork

-Jonathan Binam, 23, of 115 McKean Ave. in West Fork was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft by receiving, along with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, failure to appear and two counts of failure to pay fines and cost. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,610 bond Wednesday.

-Tiffany Mickey reported Monday that Christmas gifts were stolen at 2905 W. Olive St. The doorframe was broken.

-Deanna Pritchett, 912 W. Post Road, reported Monday fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.

-Stan Weaver reported Monday a city-owned house at 1615 Pleasant Ridge Road was broken into over the weekend. The door was kicked in.

Springdale

-Caren Carruthers reported Tuesday a burglary at 2762 Norfolk Ave.

-Bill Cohea reported Tuesday the theft of a blue 2000 Lexus RX300 from Car Mart.
