Matthew Alan Hamilton, 38, of Beaverton, Ore., has been charged with drunken driving and driving with a suspended license after he crashed through an overpass guard rail and dangled above a busy highway for nearly an hour until he could be rescued this weekend, police said, adding that Hamilton had a blood alcohol content of 0.50 percent, more than six times the 0.08 percent limit in Oregon.
