Arrests Fayetteville Kyle Seal, 34, of 300 Tremont Circle in Fort Smith was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (repealed), along with misdemeanor no tail light and signals for turning, stopping and changing lanes. He was released from the Washington County detention Center on $2,935 bond Saturday.
