Kyle Seal, 34, of 300 Tremont Circle in Fort Smith was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance (repealed), along with misdemeanor no tail light and signals for turning, stopping and changing lanes. He was released from the Washington County detention Center on $2,935 bond Saturday.
Cheryle Cooper, 42, of 312 N. West Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license, failure to register vehicle and driving while intoxicated (drugs). He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,790 bond Saturday.
Yancy Farmer, 25, of 122 Lawrence Road in Smithville was arrested Friday in connection with felony first-degree criminal mischief. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Saturday.

Joaquin Reyes, 33, of 1609 Kimbrough St. was arrested Friday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated, violation of implied consent, fleeing and leaving the scene of an accident with injury. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Saturday.

Elizabeth Galvan, 24, of 1101 S. Curtis Ave., G54, in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property, along with misdemeanor failure to pay fines and cost. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $4,098 bond Saturday.
