4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
Tony Taylor, 47, of 22547 Anderson Road in Summers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearm by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.

Jacob Franklin Allen, 31, of 1622 E. Arkansas 12 in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Allen was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Adrian Charles Bell, 31, of 16242 Hickory Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony parole violation, domestic battering in the third degree, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked and endangering the welfare of a minor. Bell was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
Harold Capek, 30, of 533 Caboose Lane in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $4.160 bond Friday.
Gravette
Shelia Louise Wiser, 40, of 2125 S. Spring St. in Grove, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and failure to appear. Wiser was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Lincoln
Tarren Phillips, 32, of Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with felony third-degree domestic battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Friday.
Prairie Grove
Patricia Strange, 44, of 1430 Battery Drive was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated assault. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Friday.
Rogers
Sheldon Grant Gillespie, 40, of 321 E. Walnut St. was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gillespie was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Jason Wade Voyles, 36, of 600 N. 40th St. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary. Voyles was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a $7,500 bond.

William A. Runion, 39, of 1011 N. Kansas St. was arrested Friday in connection with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor second-degree domestic battery. Police said Runion hit his sister and cut her boyfriend. Runion remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of $5,000 bond.
July S. Soulinthong, 35, of 2107 Sycamore Place was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony warrant for parole violation, misdemeanor shoplifting and criminal trespass. Police said Soulinthong fled Walmart, 2004 S. Pleasant St., after employees tried to stop him. Soulinthong remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday on the parole violation.

Camille Acuff, 29, of 2135 Lacey Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary and third-degree assault. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.
Jimmy Beard, 48, of 510 County Road 102 in North Folk was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond Friday.

A caller reported a brown cow in the road near the intersections of Southwest Anglin and South Vaughn roads at 7:45 p.m. Thursday. The cow caused two accidents, one involving a motorcycle and another involving a single vehicle. The driver of the motorcycle was taken by ambulance to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville.

The kitchen window was open and jewelry stolen at 501 E. Bonnie Lane, Danny Martinez told police Wednesday.
w Police recovered a stolen green 1993 Honda Accord after a hit-and-run accident involving a parked car.
Police received multiple calls reporting shots fired in east Rogers beginning about 11 p.m. Thursday. Calls rolled in as officers were still responding to the area, said Keith Foster, public information officer. “The shooter(s) appeared to be moving to the south,” Foster said. “A search of the areas revealed no shell casings or damage to property.” Calls came from the 900 block of East Mimosa Place, the 1200 block of East Rachel Lane, 1300 block of East Kara Lane, 1000 block of East Dyke Road, 1700 S. K Place, 1200 E. Glendale Lane, 1700 block of South J, the 1900 block of South N Street and East Post Road.
