Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Tony Taylor, 47, of 22547 Anderson Road in Summers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearm by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He released from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Thursday.
