100 YEARS AGO Nov. 24, 1912 In summing up real estate conditions for the past week, C. Phil Waters is of the opinion that there is no special location in which the public is interested. It appears it is Little Rock dirt in general they desire. Mr. Waters believes that his advice for a number of years past, that if one buys Little Rock dirt and it is only a hole in the ground, if it is obtained cheap enough and the purchaser will wait long enough, it will prove a good investment.
