Area Volunteers Serve, Deliver Free Meals

Ashley Evilsizor moves pieces of turkey to a tray at Charity Baptist Church on Thursday in Rogers. For the second year, Executive Chef John Chervenyak and his wife, Nicole, organized the event to prepare and serve complimentary Thanksgiving meals.

Travis Fielding said he was lonely and hungry Thanksgiving morning but volunteers at a community dinner at Charity Baptist Church in Rogers made his day bright.
