Fayetteville

Ebony Roberts, 32, of 1126 Ashley Lane in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft by receiving. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Wednesday.

Robin Vaughn, 35, of 401 W. 24th St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and all other traffic violations. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,370 bond Wednesday.

Springdale

Horacio Rodriguez-Ramirez, 23, of 4737 Homer St. in Chicago was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony forgery. Police said Rodriguez-Ramirez tried to use a fake resident alien ID to buy beer. Rodriguez-Ramirez was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.

Marselina Ibarra, 21, of 1602 Sisco Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, a Springdale warrant for failure to appear and an Elkins warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Ibarra was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.

Cody Seals, 27, of 16795 Carefree Lane in Lowell was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. Seals was scheduled to be moved to the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday to await a bond hearing.

Sheriff’s Office

Paul Conley, 53, of Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony breaking or entering (theft from vehicle), along with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, criminal trespass and loitering. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $915 bond Tuesday.

Dustin Norton, 29, of 17943 Norton Road in Cane Hill was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

Nathaniel Lowery, 20, of 1441 W. Dean St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony breaking or entering, theft of property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, first-degree criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

A woman reported a burglary of her sister’s home at 1208 W. Easy St. on Tuesday.

Theft of pain medication was reported at 516 N. 14th Place by Elizabeth Lyon on Tuesday.

Theft of used tires was reported at Ball & Prier Tire, 716 N. Second St., on Tuesday. Someone cut through the fence and took the tires.

Jesus Mancia reported Wednesday a robbery in the 1700 block of West End Avenue with a man taking his wallet and cellphone at gunpoint.

Claudia Barroso reported Wednesday the theft of a black 2007 Honda Accord.

Courtney Rega reported Wednesday a burglary at 1604A Oriole St.
