Police: Cell-phone flasher arrested with marijuana

— Police in Boise who responded to a complaint about an Arkansas man using his cell phone to show his genitals to a woman arrested the man when they found nearly 30 pounds of marijuana in his motel room.

KTVB-TV in Boise reported that 54-year-old Jeffery B. Ash of Fayetteville was taken into custody Tuesday evening.

Police say they were investigating the woman’s complaint when they noticed a strong odor of marijuana and found 28.5 pounds of marijuana contained in two duffel bags.

Ash was booked into the Ada County, Idaho, jail on suspicion of trafficking marijuana and indecent exposure.
