100 YEARS AGO Nov. 18, 1912 If anyone sees a man six feet tall, and proportioned seemingly, strolling up or down any of the main promenades or alleys, wearing a pair of trousers belonging to a man barely half his size, he is requested to intercept said six-footer and lead him back to the City Hospital.
